The chef accepts
The chef accepts or declines within 48 hours. Payment is taken only on acceptance.
Contact opens
Once accepted, you message the chef directly and shape the menu together.

Chefs go live only after our team reviews their identity and documents.
48-hour guarantee
If the chef does not reply within 48 hours the request closes and you are not charged.
Refund policy
If the chef does not message you within 72 hours of accepting, your fee is refunded.
